First, the right-biter/left-biter thing was HILARIOUS. Are there ambi-biters?

But. But! I just looked at a screencap of Harmony biting Spike in that episode way, way, way back in the previous year, and she was biting the RIGHT side of his neck! Even though she claims in this episode to bite people on the LEFT side of the victim's neck. Couldn't the writers have checked such a basic fact for continuity's sake????

Also, where was Spike, really, when he was away? He said he was just hanging around, but what if he was off, oh say, having sex with Xander? :-)

Is it wrong to actually want the job of the person responsible for pulling, say, all of the tapes in which Harmony bites someone?

Oh, that sounds like a *fabulous* job! It is wrong, but in a *good* way, as Sarah Vowell would say.

Speaking of Sarah, you know she has this thing for History and for Lincoln. Well, where I work, we* built a Lincoln database, a daily chronology of his life, and through various unexpected circumstances the URL got published everywhere, even though it wasn't supposed to be, and the DB is not quite done and is on a sandbox (small) server, and the server was overwhelmed with hits and died.

The whole time I worked on moving it to a better server and stemming the tide, I kept thinking how neat it would be if Sarah Vowell happened across our database.

* "We" as in, our organization. I did not contribute any code to this particular project, a man who no longer works here did the actual coding.
