This site, StuffOnMyCat.com reminds me of all those Japanese pictures one sees of Rabbits with Pancakes on their Heads, especially these food pictures (my favorite is the cat with the Spaghetti Wig).

My cats would justifiably try to bite me if I tried to "decorate" them.

Oh God, I feel bad laughing at those pictures. But I always laugh, I can't help myself.

The cats all look so depressed and resigned to their fate. Like they've been tormented for so long that they no longer struggle, they just sit there and take it because nothing will stop it, and it's best to just let the human do what it wants, and hope it's over soon.

I suppose it's funny 'cause I've done that before. Put things on my cats. And they either shrug it off and walk away, or they lay there looking silly.

Either way, it's "Yeah. Whatever."

That's Kitty Cat Abuse. Although, I agree with you that the spaghetti wig is pretty darn funny. I'd expect a cat to rip my arm open if I tried to put something on them. When I had cats, I don't remember them being interested in playing dressup. I do remember Reno Jones sticking his head in a McDonald french fry box and getting it stuck. My boyfriend and I laughed and laughed at that one. Then we felt kind of bad.

I don't know what to think of the Bunny with Pancake on it's head. It seems rather cruel. I hate to see fuzzy animals mocked this way. I almost want to cry. Wait... Nah.

How's your Bunny? She's not wearing a pancake on her head is she? She doesn't do that, does she? Tell her Hi, Miss you," from me.

I'm also glad Bunny's not wearing a pancake on her head. But if she *wanted* to wear a pancake on her head, that would be her own business, of course. Funny, strange, weird, possibly unsanitary, but her own business:)

Chicken, that was me who just posted about pancake wearing bunnies. I swear, LJ makes me so mad sometimes. I'm logged in, and then I post somewhere, and suddenly, I'm not logged in any more. So aggravating.
