So, a recycling conundrum. In Attleboro, you're supposed to either put your cardboard/paper recycling in a brown paper shopping bag, or in something else that is labeled "RECYCLE". Usually I have the brown paper shopping bag, but not this week, so I just loaded it all into one of the boxes I had unpacked from moving, and wrote "Recycle" on all four sides, in ink that did not even run in the rain.

They didn't take it! They just left it for the trash people. WAH.

Why is this?

I mean, I understand them leaving the many large, soggy-from-rain, flattened moving boxes, but this was a small box with regular recycling inside (8 1/2 x 11 sized paper and cardboard).

What good is it trying to be a good citizen when the city won't take your damn cardboard?

People who went to the May 5th screening or know something about it --

So is it true that we'll have to fill out Surveys of some kind that Universal is passing around? What kind of questions does it ask, if so? How long does it take to fill out? Will they provide pencils? Will they want their pencils back? :-)

I've never been to a preview screening before, so I am very excited, unfinished soundtrack or not.

Oh dear, people at work are saying that there is an Apple store opening in the Providence Place Mall!

Crap.

All that temptation, probably in the space Eddie Bauer vacated, located all too conveniently next to the second floor escalators. Although this would make service & repair much more convenient. No more overnight shipping boxes or schlepping to Cambridge.
