It's Raining ... no wait, water is pouring from the ceiling

Last night around midnight or one, the upstairs neighbor has either 1.) a problem with her plumbing, or 2.) trouble remembering to turn off the taps before the bathtub overflows.

The bathroom had a whole raft of bath towels sacrifed for it, and two pots/large kitchen bowls.

There are still large wet patches on the ceiling this morning. ugh.
