Meanwhile, down in Texas, the legislature has passed a bill that will keep gay couples or gay singles from being foster parents. I don't know if they're going to yank current families apart, or just keep new families from forming. Knowing how evil the LEG is in Texas, I wouldn't be surprised if they took children away from the only parents and family they've ever known. See, it's much better to languish in a group home, something that feels like a juvenile detention center, then to have a family *choose* you because they *want you* to be *their child* and a *member* of *their family.* Of course.

Good for Spain. Give Ratzinger a cherry ratburger to choke on.
