First off: OMG Badger! OMG Agent Lawrence Dobson! (aka Ken aka Richard aka Mr. Hat Trick #1). Holy cow. OMG Hands of Blue!
With references to the translation by KernelM.
1.) Page 14 (Mal says):
I can't wait on this, Inara, and running a taxi service don't feed mouths. For the record, this job is in the same direction you're so anxious to go, and the only reason we're even venturin' to such a 什 么 工 作 都 沒 有 corner of space is you.
Pinyin: shen2 me2 gong1 zuo4 dou1 mei2 you3
Idiomatically, " ... such a worthless corner of space ..."
Literally:
"shen2 me2" == what/who/something/anything
"gong1 zuo4" == work/job
"dou1" == all
"mei2 you3" == none/nothing/haven't/hasn't/doesn't exist/to not have/to not be
i.e., "place where there aren't any jobs" or as KernelM translates: "No work (to be found) at all".
2.) Page 15 (Mal says):

Pinyin: kao4
KernelM says: "From context, it seems it means hell or shit or snafu."
3.) Page 19 (Wash says):
乖 乖 隆 的 东!
In the subsequent speech bubble, he adds in English:
"Captain, rise and shine. I think you better have a look at this."
Pinyin: guai1 guai1 long2 de dong1!
What in heavens does it mean??
Literally:
"guai1 guai1" == obedient/well-behaved
"long2" == grand/intense/start (a fire)
"de" == intensifier, particle, etc.
"dong1" == lit. "east" but could imply "dong1 xi1" ==thing/person
According to mandarintools.com, "long2" also means "start (a fire)", so maybe idiomatically we're talking something like "obediently start a fire" as in "obey me and start a fire under your asses" as in "get up here quick!" or some such -- from context that makes a bit of sense. But I am grasping at straws here.
