rabbit slippers

The photo was taken under poor lighting conditions. I could have fixed it a bit in Photoshop, but I'm too lazy. You get the point, though -- eyelashes and bunny teeth and nice pink ears and everything!

I must reiterate how difficult it is to actually find rabbit slippers. We've been looking for them for over a decade. I always wondered why everyone in movies seems to have them, and yet no stores actually sell them. Well, Filenes has finally broken the trend of "No Rabbit Slippers Sold Here". My jaw dropped when I saw that they had not one kind, but two kinds of rabbit slippers! A choice of rabbit slippers. Gobsmacked.

How cute.

Have you thought about children's clothing stores? It seems like they'd have the slippers. But I guess they wouldn't be in Adult sizes.

I never knew rabbit slippers were so hard to find.

I don't often need slippers in Houston. I just make sure I have on socks during Houston's brief winter.

I guess those piggie, sheep, and monster slippers are hard to find too.

Yes, adult sizes are very tough to find. One can usually find kiddie sizes, but sadly, those don't fit us. The floors get SO cold in New England in the winter. Hard wood and tile. Eh.

Oh, so cute! Now do you have matching fluffy chick slippers? Too much cuteness?

Floors here in New England *are* cold. When we redid our bathroom, the saleslady tried to talk us into tile, saying that it was about the same price as vinyl flooring. And more fashionable. Maybe it is, but I don't care. It is COLD. We went with the vinyl.

No, no chicken slippers, but we already had a pair that said "chicks rule" with a picture of a fluffy chick on them. Close enough. ;-)
