Quick, help with Logan Airport confusion??

I am picking up my sister at Logan and am leaving in twenty minutes, help! I am coming from the South (using I93-N). Google Maps says to take exit 23, whereas MapQuest says to take exit 20. Which is better?

Yes, that's always seemed odd to me.
