Yes, we've been planning to use paper plates painted red for pepperoni. Not sure yet about anything clever for the olives (his favorite toppings are pepperoni and olives).
The idea is to cut two large triangles from cardboard, tie them together with string in two places over his shoulders so he's like those old-fashioned "sandwich" advertisers. These cardboard triangles can then be decorated like pizza slices. We'll use paint, etc.
Evan wants to be something scary -- preferably bloody. Blah. I'm thinking black cape & hood, then makeup. It's not nearly as much fun, but he'll enjoy it.
