The Good:
The clothing guy? Adorable. Nice and fey, fun, and cute.
The culture/dancing guy. Adored him. So much fun.
Getting the daughter and father to actually like each other.
The Bad:
The grooming guy. Not very well-groomed for a grooming guy.
The fucking subtitles? Subtitles?!?!?! Do they honestly think Americans are too stupid to understand the Queen's English? Their accents were not at all strong. Not at all. There was no need to bloody subtitle what they were saying.
The damn translations? Do Americans really not know what the Underground is? Or what it means to dress and look 'smart'? And even I know what a 'jumper' is. OK, maybe some of the less anglophile members of the audience needed one or two translations, but not the seven or eight they actually employed. Overkill. Basically it came off as condescending to us, the ignorant Americans. BBC America doesn't do this, so why does Bravo feel compelled to do so?
