Don't know whether Herc is pulling our collective leg:
I ran into Tom Lenk, looking very hobbity these days, in the CineSpace men’s room, where he was up to something. I’m not sure I’m comfortable relating the whole story, but it ends with Tom telling me I didn’t have “the right tattoo.”

I'm still steaming over Tom though. A lot of Buffy fans read that stupid ass Herc. I hate him. Tom is the sweetheart who sang kareoke(sp) with a teenage fan last year at Chicago. He sang "You're the One That I Want" from Grease.
Tom is the one that blushed very pink when I told him that I loved Andrew's interaction with Spike last year at Chicago. I told him that if Joss brought back anyone from Buffy it was going to be him because it was clear that Andrew(and Tom) were Joss's new favorites to write for. He said, "Oh, you're so nice, but I'm sure that I'm through with Joss shows. And really, it's not going to be me when they have Aly, and Nicky, and Sarah to consider." I told him, "Nope, it's going to be you. I bet you a dollar." Tom chuckled, "Well, I can afford that, I suppose."
I told him I was pulling for a Spike Andrew spin-off and that it would have to be a supernatural comedy show. He said, "Well that sounds very interesting. I wish you could talk to Joss about that."
I reminded him in Oakland this year that I'd predicted he'd be the one to work again for Joss, and he blushed and said, "Oh my God. That's right. I never believed that for a minute. It was a big shock when Joss called." I know it wasn't a shock to him because Tom is one of Joss's complete favorites and Joss says it all the time. Joss adores him. Why not.
Tom is sweetheart. A timid, shy little sweetheart.
