IMO it's kind of silly to write an article about why straight women like to watch gay porn -- it would be much more interesting to write about why women in general like to watch gay porn, and even more interesting to examine why so many lesbians like to watch it or read it, because to the casual observer, that might seem quite contradictory.

However I'm sure some of us can write to him even if we don't fit the "straight" label, and maybe enlighten the poor sod a bit!

I really resent that, as an "intellectual" lesbian, JennyO would lump me in as part of her idiotic cabal, when in fact I disagree with almost everything she says (if by "says" we mean "blathers on endlessly"). I am a lesbian. I like to virtually lick my LJ friends. I like to read boyslash. I like femmeslash. I'll even read the occasional het. I think all my LJ friends should feel free to do the same, whether they be straight, bi, or lesbian, or even if they are men.
