Jury Duty

So remember the jury duty? Yes? Well, I was selected to serve on an actual jury! It's a criminal case, a short one that will last through Thursday at the latest, and of course that's all I'm allowed to say about it.

I don't like missing work, and I don't like those darn uncomfortable benches, but the actual trial should be rather interesting since I've never experienced this sort of thing before. So far it is nothing like what you see depicted on TV or in movies.
